The 2012 British Graduate Shakespeare Conference

The British Graduate Shakespeare Conference is held annually at The Shakespeare Institute, in Stratford-upon-Avon, and is organized by its students. In this year of the World Shakespeare Festival, the conference welcomed over one hundred postgraduate students from all over the world to share research in a friendly but stimulating academic environment. The conference welcomed several distinguished plenary speakers: Peter Holland (Notre Dame), Katherine Duncan-Jones (Oxford), Deborah Shaw (RSC), René Weis (UCL), Tiffany Stern (Oxford), Paul Menzer (Mary Baldwin), and Martin Butler (Leeds).
